The employees are very rude and unprofessional, it seems like they are bothered when they have to actually work. The customer service is lacking and the knowledge of the employees is extremely limited. They loose so much business because of this it is amazing how they are even continue to stay open. Horrible experience

Floresta Pharmacy was previously owned by Park Pharmacy in Stuart. I don't know exactly what year Sam took ownership, however, he and his staff are amazing. I've have been using this Pharmacy exclusively for years before I relocated 25 miles from them. Sam is there to assist you in every way possible. He answers all my questions about my meds and their interactions. I must comment on his staff - Becky, Martha, Holly and 2 new pharmacists he has recenly hired. Becky & Martha know everything about me. Holly is newer but also has learned what I need & my medications. They text me when my refills are due and explain everythng I need to know. They work with my doctors to make certain I have the right meds, call my physicians directly if need be and have made suggestions about less expensive meds. They also work with my insurance to get generics that are equally effective saving me money. I until recently had a miniature poodle with heart & kidney problems. I filled her scripts at Floresta. She took a liquid medication that needed refrigeration. Once it was not refrigerated so they made up a fresh, refrigerated batch at no charge to me. Sam and his staff have also discounted some costs on meds when my insurance says it not on the formulary. I have so much trust in everyone, they go above & beyond for me and after all these years, they are Iike family to me. The store is under renovation and when it is complete, they will be a updated, modern Pharmacy leaving me no reason to go anywhere else. Sam gave me my Covid booster. Sam can be a bit hyper trying to care for all his customers, but he's always there to help. He is a wonderful person and I value his opinions and friendship. Like I said, they have become like family, they have wonderful attitudes toward customers. I have NEVER had anyone be rude or disrespectful to me. This wonderful Pharmacy is the best in PSL. Becky is as sweet as a daughter to me. Martha is a true friend and spends time to explain important info, as well as a beautiful friendship. Holly is a perfect addition to the staff. I adore everyone here and as long as I can drive, they always be my Pharmacy. Sam has offered to deliver to me up in Spanish Lakes Fairways if I need my medication and cannot get there by myself. God Bless this wonderful Pharmacy and the well chosen staff. I hope his staff will stay there for the rest of my lifetime - I love all of them. All I can add to this is that I never have had a pharmacy and probably never will find another pharmacy like Floresta Pharmacy and I will never switch to anyone else regardless of how long it can take to drive to them. They rank #1 with me and I love them all. Thank you Sam & staff 😘 ❤️

I love this local Pharmacy. They're friendly, personable, knowledgeable and are very accommodating. I had an Rx discount card from out if State that isn't accepted here and they searched around, without my even asking, to get me the best price. We like to support local small businesses, and these guys are tops!
