I've known Mr. Scott since my divorce 10 years ago, when I took my computer tower to him to download everything off of it. I've used him a lot since then. He is very nice, kind and honest. He will not rip you off, if anything he will work with you according to your needs. I wish we had more people like him in business, that is all I can say...:)

Dick Scott has repaired my computer a couple of times. The first time, it contracted a Trojan virus, and he completely eliminated it without any loss of data. In addition, he installed anti-virus and anti-malware software and gave me a tutorial on how best to use it. He did such a good job the first time that I called him all the way from San Bruno, since I am not local. He is very knowledgable and personable. While on the phone, he talked me through my issue clearly and concisely and solved it in just a few minutes. He stays current on the latest computer threats so he is prepared for anything. And his prices cannot be beat. I wish I lived closer. He is definitely the best deal in town for computer repair!

I an not computer literate. Dick was kind and patient answering my questions. He was able to clean up and set up my programs to make it much easier for me to navigate on my computer. Besides being a wiz at the compute,r he is a heck of a nice guy.
