If I could I would give them ZERO stars but that is not an option. I ordered online today and paid $26.65 for my husband and my meals. His turnip greens were sour and not eaten. Both of us had mashed potatoes with gravy and they were so dry they were inedible even with the gravy. I ordered vegetable soup and got broth and corn, one 1/2” square potato and 4 little crackers. I did not eat it at all. My complete meal was trashed and half of my husband’s was. His country fried pork chops were so tough he got tired of sawing at it. Men will eat anything sometimes. There is absolutely no point to complain because it does NO good! Hopefully this review reaches upper management and they do something about the staff that could care less about their patrons.

Update: Although our last experience wasn't ideal, we have Cracker Barrel another chance. Today our experience was much better. The food was great. The customer service was excellence. I ordered dinner to be curbsided pick up. Ordering online is easy and convenient !! Called when we got there, 5 minutes before assigned time. First time I didn't have to wait no longer than 5 minutes for a table. Waitress was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name. Food was great, only my ham was cooked too long. Overall I enjoyed everything. My friend enjoyed his as well.
