My family and I thought that we could have a decent breakfast and decided to go to IHOP but, we met the worst service I have ever seen in my life time. When we arrived at the breakfast restaurant, the receptionist said, “A 15-20 minute wait.” And we sat in the waiting room thinking, “Oh this is not going to be so bad.” But it turns out, it would. We waited in a sauna of a waiting room. The room was reaching around 90 degrees!! (exaggeration, but still it was hot) As, the waiting room increased in people, and heat, we asked the receptionist if the table was ready and she said “You will have to wait for the big table to get their food.”50 minutes pass and the waiting room is filled to the brim of people and the receptionist is still telling customers “15-20 minutes.” Even though that there is tables upon tables that are open, they seem too lazy to sit customers down in those tables. We decided to go somewhere else. I do not recommend this IHOP if you want decent service because you will meet the complete opposite.

The eggs had a strange taste and the bacon wasn’t particularly crispy but the blueberry French toast was delicious! It was a decent breakfast.

This IHOP was very short of staff but the 2 ladies working did and excellent job of taking care of the customers. They are very hardworking and deserve all the credit for making the experience a pleasant one. The food was very good with great presentation.

Food cold and waited on rest of my breakfast.. pancakes go figure. My friend burger was no bacon on it. ..Bun toasted black..waited again..Manager to 20% off. I said no way take a meal off. This is the second time problems. Not going back.. Food awful. You should either find another restaurant for your hard earned money.
