Their name has changed to Economy rent a car. It's a BAIT AND SWITCH. They quote you a low price of $3/day + tax for a total of $10/day but when you get there you must buy all of their insurance so it becomes $60/day. It doesn't matter if you have your own complete insurance you will have to buy theirs. This is how their business model operates and it is designed to cheat you. Its a tourist town and people don't know better. After taking a shuttle to the off site agency and waiting in line for 40 minutes you find this out so your choices are to bend over and pay up or else wait for a shuttle back to the airport and go to another car rental agency! There is no WiFi there to help you of course. How do the employees look at them selves in the mirror everyday? its not a legitimate business and should be shut and the scum put in jail. Please go elsewhere.

This place is a scam. I specifically requested to not have insurance included as I already had coverage through my provider. I even showed proof of coverage yet they still added the insurance charge!! Worst experience ever. Stay away from this trash heap of a business!

Even if we had the reservation they cancelled us they said they don't have any space to park. I will never book them again. They are not reliable and they even don't honor your reservation. Glad we left early so we found another place to park otherwise we would have left out flight to board. Never book here!

Purchased a Groupon to park at Best Rate Airport Parking. Attempted calling three times to reserve my parking reservation with no answer. Arrived day of my flight and was informed that the lot was full but that McCoy parking would accept my Groupon. I asked the man who redirected me if McCoy parking had a 24 hour shuttle because I return at 12:30AM - the guy said yes. I drive 20 minutes to McCoy parking and alas they do not have a 24 shuttle. Luckily the gentleman there was much more helpful and found parking accommodations at Park Me Fly - right across from Best Rate Parking on Narcoossee Rd (park there instead), unfortunately because of all the running around, I missed my flight. Luckily Gustavo at McCoy parking was very helpful, Park Me Fly was awesome, and Groupon refunded me. Don’t park here.
