It's like the Walmart of eyeglass shops. It's usually pretty busy but the ladies handle the flow of people very well. The techs are always professional and courteous. Sometimes when I walk in I wonder why I'm there but they really do have a nice selection. This place takes FL Healthy kids insurance and my out of pocket is minimal. I've always been treated well and my girls like their frames.

Ive been a customer for about five or six years and for the last year they have been rude and disrespectful if you call you are not a priority I tried to re order my daughter some glasses for two days and keep having to wait on a call back and when I get a call back they tell me they can't take her order I'll have to wait because they are really busy argued with me on the phone for three minutes when you could've took those same three minutes to take her order when all you need to do is confirm her information I asked to speak to a manager she said she was the manager and told me to call corporate if want to speak to someone above her and hung up the phone.

The staff are very rude and nasty. The company need to train the staff on customer service and how to talk customers. I will never refer this place to a friend or family. They are the worse of the worse. Beware of this place.

Don’t recommend they charged me $499.91 for a pair of glasses for my daughter that was supposed to be covered with insurance and the office manager to get me out of the office quick cus it was already 549 pm she said that they had a payment plan instead even thought I told her I would come Saturday with the full money and kept telling me I would qualify and long story short I ended up paying $239.90 and when I looked at my receipt it said insurance none, when she had asked for the insurance card and never even applied it cus she claimed she couldn’t get ahold of the insurance people, very unprofessional will not come back, last pair of lenses I get from them for my daughter.

If your eye condition qualifies as a medical issue, some coverage under your medical insurance may apply. We’re happy to answer any questions on vision insurance and to work with you to optimize your benefits. Although our financial office is well versed in the complexities of insurance coverage, it’s always a good idea to review your specific benefits with your HR department or insurance carrier.

While it’s always a good idea to have an annual eye exam, how often an eye exam is needed depends on several factors. A patient’s age, family and personal medical histories, a previous eye injury, existing eye conditions, and environmental or occupational factors determine the recommended frequency. The American Optometric Association offers specific guidelines for both children and adults. As your trusted partner in care, our office will discuss the most appropriate schedule to protect the health of your eyes and the quality of your vision.
