Decided to eat here to celebrate good grades! Service was great, friendly staff and quick service. Food was cooked just right and it didn’t take forever to get it. We also got ice cream and when my daughter accidentally dropped hers when scooting over the manger, Jenn was so sweet and brought her a new scoop. Plan to come back to celebrate the end of the school year next week! Definitely recommend this Friendly’s and the prices are great for this single momma’s wallet!

This place has been going down the tubes for some time now... took my son there last night just to get a quick scoop of ice cream. Walked in and stood near the hostess stand for a little over 10 minutes while I watched the employees joke, eat, text on their phones etc. Started to get frustrated and asked if we could be seated. One of the employees that had been standing just on the other side of the counter for the entire time said "we don't start people after 9pm, you can get takeout though." So nobody thought to say anything to us the entire time they saw us standing there. Walked over to the takeout counter and had a clear view of the absolutely disgusting kitchen. Waited another few minutes still watching the majority of the employees having a grand old time...a few of them were just getting off their shifts so they were standing back there with their purses on, taking and distracting the ones that were still on the clock. Finally a girl comes over and starts screaming to the other employees for someone to bring her a Keycard to unlock the register. We've now been in the store for over fifteen minutes. Someone brought the key card over and in the meantime two people in line behind us had already walked out. Got my scoop of ice cream (without the one going i asked for) and left.

So sad to see an Icon go down. Brought to a table? It was dirty, so was the table next to it. Girl cleaned the tables but had to wipe off the seats. The milkshake was the best. Real ice cream. Waitress was attentive and friendly. Food ( cheese burg was fine, nothing special.

Just ordered a the peppermint stick sundae. I received melted icecream with melted whip cream, no hot fudge, brownie, or sprinkles. This is not the first time my order has been wrong here.
