Manager is a d**k had a trailer tire replaced took it home in the back of my truck went to put it on and it was flat I took it back and there’s a hole in the side of it and they’re saying that somebody stabbed with a knife and refusing to replace it terrible company and Bad management

Horrible customer service called to get an appointment explained my tire situation and I was in a bind did nothing to help find me a flexible time for a job that would take 20 minutes

Employees were wearing masks, seats in waiting area are spaced apart. I waited outside would be nice if they put a couple seats out there.
If you rely on your car for daily use dont be cheap about it.If you take care of it it will take care of you!
They did an alignment and rotation of tires for 89.00 and comes with a one year warranty. Love tires plus
