My husband is there right now. His therapist are wonderful. His regular nurses assistant is terrible. He said she is mean. I spend 8 to 9 hours a day. She never checks on him. I wash him, take him to the toilet and get him into bed. If I'm not there he doesn't eat because he doesn't get the help he needs. The only thing he can tolerate is milk and he never gets any. The paper on his tray says he is supposed to have milk but never gets it. Everyone gets annoyed when I complain. Food is always cold. This past Sunday, meals sat in hallway 40 minutes before being served. He finally got milk and it was sour. Expired 4 days. I hate to write bad reviews but nobody will listen to me or help.

The people where nice for the most part. If I could give them a 0 I definitely would. for a facility that was supposed to be also monitoring my mother's labs they failed. 2 weeks after she got out of the hospital she was sent back in. Come to find out her kidney levels had gone from 1.4 to 3.0 and NO ONE said anything. And now she's gone.and to this day I've never heard an apology from anyone!

Friendly, homelike environment! From start to finish my experience with this facility was good. Admissions answered all of my questions before my loved one was admitted, nursing and therapy were available to answer questions during our stay, and social services set up home health care before discharge! I would definitely recommend this facility.
