Worked here for 9 years & laid off, due to having an opinion. Refused to say ‘How high?’ when I was told to ‘Jump!’ This corporation is unprofessional & borders fraudulent activities. I should thank them, though; I’m now self-employed & make more, monetarily, than I ever did w/ LFG. I would NEVER go back to a corporate setting, due to my nightmarish experience at Lincoln. Two thumbs down!

My husband has been out of work since July and now it's September, he has only received his short term payment for July. We have faxed all the paperwork that they need from the doctors every month and we are still getting the run around. All they ever say is 3 to 5 business days....well its been over a month for August and a week for September. They need to do better when it comes to the livelihoods of people who are out of work do to medical reasons. Shame on them!!

I was being frauded by a company using Lincoln Financial Group name. I notified them with questions pertaining to this issue and they quickly helped me figure it was a fraud. It was very difficult without a claim number or without giving your social security number over automated response to talk to live customer service agent

I keep. Receiving letters stating important notice with a policy number and my name on it, I would like to know what this all entails, it must’ve been taken out from my ex husband who has since been deceased, who can help me with this matter as I stated this is the second letter I received

I inherited my policy. How can I get a copy of it?

If you have policy number you should be able to call or email the company and provide the policy number and identifying information ( such as if its a life insurance policy or an annuity policy etc name and ssn dob address etc) to the representative and they should be able to help you.

How come when I called last August 2019 with a policy number, the representative had no information! How can that be when they tracked me down to my new address and they’re giving me a policy number

Honestly, these aren't questions to ask on Google. You need to speak to someone in the office. Why are you asking for information on something a year ago?
