If you're looking for support and understanding in this crazy thing called parenthood, maybe look elsewhere. Our little family reached out for care with Primrose Cinco for our two boys. Newly one and 3. After moving here, launching a company, having a baby, two immediate family deaths and me as a mom being diagnosed with multiple auto immune diseases, I was looking for a little patience, love, it's okay mom - you're doing your best. This morning Dad did drop off for the 3year old that morning and forgot a change of pants. He had an accident yesterday and used his extra pants, which were sent home. Gosh, have you ever had this happen? The school called my husband and I came up and brought some extra clothes. Was met with a lecture explaining why I should bring both underpants and shorts. Mind you this is this first full week we've been at this school. Yes. You got me! I intentionally sent my kid without a change of pants. Additionally, my 1 year old (3mths preemie) was enrolled. I asked about the sleeping issues as my son turned 1 on June 12th. He isn't ready for a cot. I also explained that with the baby I generally let him sleep as his first nap in the morning is his longest. Either way, they don't want you bringing your kid any later that 8:30. They didn't say that when we paid, enrolled and signed. Had I known afraid of time I wouldn't have enrolled him When discussing this they say I will need to pay two weeks for him. He was there for 1.5 days total. I paid a registration fee, I paid curriculum fees etc as most parents do. Today is Tuesday. My kids haven't even been there an entire week. Anyway. We moved to Guidepost Montessori for a better fit to meet my kids where they're at so they can develop naturally and happily!

I can’t even begin to say enough good things about Primrose of Cinco Ranch. We moved to Katy when my son was 17 months and big mommy and shy phase, they luckily had an opening in their toddler class and I was so overwhelmed starting my shy son in a new place. My son has flourished here, he is no longer shy and doesn’t even look back to say bye to me in the mornings. I’m beyond thankful for the happy and fun place for my son to go to every day and seeing all he has learned each day, which is a lot. I just had my daughter and we still send my son to daycare because he loves his teachers and friends, my daughter will be starting there in August and I’m excited to see all she learns from them. Being a working mom is hard, but for the first time I feel at peace with my decision to work because of Primrose. Another thing, they are super clean, my son does not get sick as often as he did at his previous daycare. The teachers and directors are all amazing people with great and warming personalities.

My daughter has gone to Primrose Cinco Ranch since she was a year old. She will be turning four this week, and seeing her blossom from little baby into a big girl that can spell and write her name is amazing! Everyone on staff has always been welcoming and kind! This is especially true during the pandemic. Every step of the way, the Primrose staff has kept us informed of what is going on at the school and standards for cleanliness and safety. Enrolling my daughter here has been the BEST decision.
