The staff in the memory care unit is amazing! They take great care of the residents! I have had family members there, and right now my best friend's father is there. The staff is very attentive and communicate wonderfully with the family!

My father has been a resident in the memory garden wing for almost three years. Moving him here was one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do, but was definitely the right thing to do. I visit regularly, on a varied schedule and he is always content, the staff attentive, he and the surroundings are clean and cared for. I know the staff and the staff knows both me and my father very well. I have found them very responsive and caring. I am the only family responsible for him, and I have no idea what I would do without Cassie, Marie, and the rest of the amazing staff.

The journey of finding a place for a loved one is an emotional roller coaster. When I visited The Addison I was so pleased with the friendliness of staff and the smaller less overwhelming setting. My mother has received excellent care there. No matter what time of day I visit the environment is always clean, friendly and responsive to residents needs.
