I know it can be busy at times. But it’s crazy how they NEVER answer the phone !! You be sitting on the phone for hours and still get no one.

Nobody in this office seems like they have any type of knowledge of their job, they are extremely rude and short when asking for any assistance. The ONLY government building still closed, unable to reach anyone on phone, leave a message, or request a call back. They will ask to drop paperwork in a drop box just for it to sit for several months
