Yes, occasionally there are rentals. Check with the desk at the clubhouse or if you know someone living in the community ask them to check the community WEBSITE.
Pets must be on a leash. You must clean up after your pet. Rear yards may be fenced.

Don't have to be 55 to buy but must be 55 or greater to occupy. I believe the occupancy rule can be waived in some cases. If you are considering a purchase, make the offer with the waiver contingency.
