My father deteriorated beyond words can describe in this place. Worst experience of my life and he was only there for a few months. Daniel is extremely rude. Phone rang and rang with no answer. My father was left unattended in a wheelchair and when he tried to use the bathroom he fell and broke his hip. No alarm on his chair or anything. Nurse called to inform me and told he was fine, when I spoke to my father he was screaming with pain. Turned out needing major hip surgery that left him unable to walk again. Patients are left roaming the halls, bathrooms were disgusting. Just awful. I'm genuinely surprised to read that anyone who has a family member in this place is happy with the service. I salute family members who take the initiative of caring for their loved ones themselves, something that I now extremely regret not doing. My heart is broken still two years later. R.I.P dad at least you're no longer suffering.

Brian Center Yanceyville is filled with very compassionate and loving staff. Both of my parents were there for rehab and received excellent care and the rehab department provides great rehabilitation to get residents back to up and moving. Thank you Brian Center for taking good care of my parents while they were there under your care!

This place killed my mom. Whole place was filthy, they never cleaned anything, toilets didn't flush and were shared. She got an infection and it killed her. Code to front door is 2006* if you need to rescue your loved one. The "nurses" are poorly educated buffoons. They have several violations and fines on record - with a 1 star rating from Medicare.

There is access to a supply of medication for first dosing at the center that is available while new medication orders are communicated with the off-site pharmacy. Recurring prescriptions are filled by the off-site pharmacy for residents. Consultant pharmacists review each resident's medication list on admission and monthly thereafter to monitor each resident’s individual medication regimen and make recommendations to the physician.
