If you thought lawyers were worthlesss… wait until you try to contact the state bar. Was told to contact them and absolutely not helpful.

I provided bunch of evidences of malpractice of my attorneys but the answer is “SORRY”.
Making a complaint for attorney is just a waste of time and hard work.
It took forever to collect the evidences but all in vain.
If your attorney does malpractice, no need make any complaints just stay home and pray to GOD.

Woman who answers the phone puts you on hold, answers tells me one Moment. Leave the line open and is typing as if I’m not on the line. I say hello. She said I said wait one min. Later answer to be all types of disrespect asking questions. I ask if she can specifically tell me what she meant. I ask is there someone else I can speak to she said no. Trash just straight up trash. I ask for her name and she said I don’t have to accept or you telling me how to do my job. I ask for her supervisor and she hung up. Attorney s give you this number to Find a referral and this disgusting attitude is what answers the line. Did is the face of bar association? I called at 2:35 to only argue for 5 mins and she continues to hang up. UNPROFESSIONAL!

When I pay for a consultation by an attorney is it my legal write to have that attorney give me a written copy of the consultation and recommendation.

I slipped while taking a shower and fell out of the tub and hit my back on the toilet and landed on the floor between the toilet and the tub with my feet still in the tub. This was at a Hampton Inn in New Bern, NC. Can a law firm help me?

No this organization is a voluntary bar association
The Judicial Standards Commission gives oversight of judges.
My son was taken from me by his father (and grandma) under false pretenses. Im a single mom and live in aid for my grandpa. I desperately need a pro bono attorney to get full custody of my son. Do they even exist anymore?? So hard to find them

Start with Legal Aid NC. They have offices in Raleigh and surrounding cities.
I live in SC and fell in NC on the sidewalk during a night tour. Can I sue that city. There were no street light close to where the sidewalk was broken up and I tripped. If so do I get attorney in NC or SC??
