Do not order from this location. We waited 2 hours from delivery for COLD food. We called TWO times after delivery to be told it was "on its way" . When they did show up the delivery driver had his wife in the car with him handling the food and laughing away. This is unprofessional and a safety hazard. Unacceptable

Worst experience ever, I normally use the Fairfield location but on this day i was closer to Hamilton. When I got the pizza home I instantly noticed it was burnt. I called store and asked for manager she never came to the phone, however sent a message with a employee that she know it's not burnt because she made it.....you all can be the judge🤷🏾♀️ very ignorant and rude and above all HORRIBLE customer service.

I just wanted to leave a good review because they did a wonderful job on my food today. They were short a delivery driver so I had to pick up, but they did took care of me. I definitely appreciate them for being so kind and helpful. Thank you!

Store location - 1013 High Street , Hamilton, OH 45011 Recently order a suagage, mushroom & pepperoni pizza and an Oreo dessert. Very bad! The pizza was burnt on the edges, dry and and tasteless. The dessert looked as if it was thrown into the box. With all the sources for pizza available, I will go somewhere else in the future. Franchise should realize they not only represent their store but also the National Corporation. Future business is based on quality and value, neither was apparent with my order.

It depends on our ranges you have to call the store to find out if they deliver to your location.
I know past few months they have been short staffed, plus calling twenty minutes before they close, yes its during business hours but I feel is rude because they have families and get tired too! Try calling earlier, not right before they close!
It’s not theft when you don’t cooperate with him on the phone and say mean and hateful things when they are there to satisfy the customer. Donatos gives credits or sends you food back out brand new, not refunds. Store policy. 1-800- Donatos. If you have problems.
