First tried to call no answer, came in no receptionist and Mr. Smith was on the phone. Then he was one his cell phone. As the time just clicked away we started having a very loud conversation in attempt to alert Mr. Smith someone was inside the building. Still nothing, it wasnt until we could hear the clipping of his nails that my daughter interrupted him and verbally and visually. This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with any insurance agent or any person running a professional business. If you have no staff get a bell when someone enters and leave the person grooming at home.

This agent gave my mother and I the worst customer service we have ever experienced. If I could give him 0 stars, I would. I tried to set up automatic payments, and I signed the papers that said they could take my money. Everything was fine. A month later, State Farm sends me a letter that says I have missed a payment. Which was impossible, because I had plenty of money in my account. When we questioned Steven, he just said -- very rudely -- we should get a new insurance company. When we were adamant about not switching, he said he'd send the papers for us to sign again. We had to sign those stupid authorization papers THREE TIMES, and STILL they said didn't take the money out of my account. When we kept trying to dispute the fact that the charges went through my account, he got ruder and ruder. And then we had the unfortunate event to be in a 5-car pile-up that was not our fault, and he acted like we were a huge inconvenience to him. Buddy, if you don't like your job, just quit. Don't take out your problems on someone else's livelihood.
