They lied 🤥 to me. They told me I will get free tv service and mobile service free. First I didn’t trust because nothing for free. Then they take hour to setup internet service for me and keep talking about wonderful promotions are getting free tv and mobile services. Then I trust and agree. Then today my bill come with all of those fee. I called the hotline they told me they never have this promotion. OMG 😱

The wait is too long and for it to be a Friday they have 6 checkout stations and their only 3 people working and they're all very rude and walmart slow. I suggest that spectrum get new customer service reps and occupy all 6 stations cause all the time this is enough to make a person wanna drop spectrum all together just to avoid the customer service experience all together .....Terrible service
