FIRST THERE IS NO WAY U CAN ORDER PARTS ONLINE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP WEBSITE, I HAVE NOT FIND ANY WAY TO BE HONEST THEY PUT U ON PHONE CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER TO A REGULAR PERSON INSTEAD OF PLACING ORDER ONLINE. THE DEALERSHIP SOLD ME THE PARTS FOR 700$ ON PHONE AND THOSE PARTS ON OTHER LEXUS DEALERSHIP WEBSITE ONLINE IS UNDER 400$ , THATS A COSTLY MISTAKE I HAVE DONE, ALSO THEY CHARGE OVER 160+ TAX AN HOUR , TOTAL MINIMUM OF 2 HOURS COST 400$ ALMOST TO LOOK THE SIMPLE PROBLEM IN CAR, CZ THEY DONT BELIEVE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THE CUSTOMER SAID THE PROBLEUM WOULD BE AND CAN FIX IT SIMPLE IF I WOULD GO TO LOCAL MECANIC IN 100$. THATS ANOTHER THING I HAVE A COMPLETELY BAD EXPERIENCE I CAN SURELY SAID TO AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AND GO TO PRINCETON OR PENNSYLVANIA , LEXUS DEALERSHIP THEY WILL LOOK AFTER U MORE EASILY AND HAPPY AND HAVE NO PROBLEM TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT A WEEK IN ADVANCE. I THINK SO THEY SPECIALIST IN ONLY SELLING NEW CARS TO CUSTOMERS . PARTS SIDE REALLY NEED TO WORK ON. THANK U YEAR 2022 EXPERIENCE

I was a couple with my boyfriend, he gave his car an inspection. There are numerous 2 hand cars the prices aren't bad either. Otherwise good service and nice people.
