Took my ps5 in to get the HDMI port replaced, not disappointed Izsak who did the replacement was quick friendly and professional I also got to talk to One of the other employees named Albert who was also very professional and friendly definitely recommend this place if you need something fixed

Apparently they don’t know how to communicate at this place I called as soon as I set up an appointment telling them I need my disk drive replaced and a cleaning I told them this multiple times and all they put down was a cleaning smh do better because they have to order the part and I’ve been waiting three days already and now I have to wait another four days because they messed up
