I’ve been at the Parks at Flowermound since last September. I work from home so finding a community that is quiet, has a gym and great places to walk to around the neighborhood is important to me. The social breakfast gatherings on a Saturday are something I particularly love as I get to meet the community. Parks is great, my fiancé and I look forward to being here together after our wedding in November.

I've enjoyed living here & have renewed another 12-month lease. The increase in rent was quite shocking, honestly, but that's across the board, unfortunately. I love the close proximity to the school, and the coziness of the apartments and landscaping. Maintenance is always fast to help. Ashlyn @ the front is a total gem.

Hi John, The school buses for Middle and High do pick up and drop off. They do not enter into our community, but instead stop right outside phase 1 on a residential street. The elementary school is right across the street so residents walk. The special needs bus DOES drive through the community and pick up/drop off for those residents that have requested it.
