Went in there to look at bikes and get an idea of what I wanted. Everyone was nice and helpful. Mark was the best. Extremely nice, definitely knowledgeable and really patient with letting me get an idea of different bikes. He was awesome and I will definitely be going to this store in the future.

It is a great shop. Just go in and tell them what you want to do on the bike and they will point you in the right direction. I bought my Beginner bike there and then upgraded later. They have provided great service.
You can...but, their are ways to go about doing it that you may want to call to get the needed information. I choose to sell mine elsewhere as a result.
