I am working on a project with my daughter and thought that I would support a local business. I emailed them and asked if they wanted to help us with this project. Granted, it was nothing an "advanced" quilter would want to deal with. The reply was "No, I can't help you." No "thanks for the inquiry, thanks for thinking of us"....just no. I definitely won't be recommending this business to anyone, although I probably wouldn't have without the bad customer service. Thank you goes a long way.

I love this shop, it has the best wool selections. The shop is fantastic filled with so many fun projects. I want one of every thing. The people are so friendly and accommodating. The quilt show that they held in August was fantastic. I’ll be back.
