I have tried to have the manager contact me twice now, my request is disregarded and ignored. My bf and I purchased a car December 29th, and still don’t have a plate or registration! I received a rude threatening voicemail April 1st telling me I had 24 hours to call or come in for something regarding my registration. I have called back numerous times and always get the same lady, Marlene who is rude and has an attitude EVERY time we speak. We had to move back to PA in March because we couldn’t find a place to live. I was told on April 15th a check would be sent with my paper work to PA Auto tags place and I would be responsible for paying the difference. My paperwork is there, but no check. I keep being told by Marlene “they need to check their records”. I called back April 25th again asked to speak to the manager, and AGAIN was ignored and left on the phone with Marlene. All I want is the check you told me would be sent with my paper work so I can get my car in order before I go into labor! I am 9 months pregnant, I do not have time for this. Please do your job thank you!
