They made our pizzas wrong (baked them without asking as well as missed toppings). I had really wanted to love this store as I've really missed our figaros in Dallas, unfortunately it wasn't near as good.

I like figaros food, but tonight it took over an hour for my food to get to me and to top it off it was cold. Don't really enjoy having to reheat my pizza after it gets delivered.. not sure what the deal was tonight, the wait wasn't such a big issue as was the food being cold..

The girl that took my order was not friendly out inviting at all. As I was watching our pizzas made, I noticed that they were not wearing gloves either while putting meat on the pizza. I will not be returning. We are still in a pandemic and regardless, gloves should be worn while handling food. 🤮🤮

EDIT 2: The coupon worked, and the pizza was correct. I bumped the review back up to 5 stars for the swift and satisfying customer service and great food. Thank you guys! EDIT: I previously had a negative review posted here following 3 incorrect order mishaps in a row and an inability to reach them to discuss the issue. Very shortly after, the owner responded to this review with an apology and emailed me directly with a coupon for a free pizza. I consider this pretty solid customer service, so I bumped the review back up to 4 stars. Once we're in the mood for pizza again, we're definitely going to give them another try. Their food is consistently tasty, well-cooked, and may be the only pizza place on the planet that actually slices the pizza all the way through. ;) I'm happy to give them a full 5-stars if we start getting the orders correct again. The food is definitely deserving of a good rating and I really do appreciate the owner reaching out to help fix the past problems. Fingers crossed that we were just unlucky!
