Nice little spot to pull off the road and stretch your legs. Very clean outhouses as well. Hand sanitizer dispensers included :)

Maybe we went to the wrong spot…I hope so because we couldn’t even see the waterfall! They should have signs that point you in the right direction; The walk to get there was pretty though.

Very easy access with a sidewalk into a boardwalk for an upper look of the falls. Not the best view but still a pretty site to check out. If your more adventurous you can climb down some trails to the waters below. We visited in June, lots of bugs and mosquitoes but that was everywhere. I would check recommend checking it out.

Awesome, a must see! If the area is dry enough, climb up the side of the hill to the topside of the trestle and get the overhead view of both sides. The trestle no longer carries rail traffic but has been converted to a hiking/biking/snowmobile trail and is safe to walk on. Outstanding views!

There is no charge to see Agate Falls. There is parking right off the highway, M-28, with trails leading to the falls. If you're new to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan, you'll find most of their many waterfalls to be free; some requiring a short hike to get to the falls site.
