Incredibly clean laundry room, bathrooms too. There's certainly road noise, but it calms down at night. Many longer term residents, but everyone behaves. Plenty OATV channels and good VZ wireless.

Senior RV Park, very clean and orderly. 6 free toilet and shower rooms with clean low priced laundry room, pets allowed within reason. Reasonable rent including water. Mail and packages delivered in office. Big game and entertainment room w/ pool table. Large open field nearby to walk pets, etc. Maverick fuel stop and Health clinic 2 minute walk.

Nice small and very clean park surrounded on 3 sides by desert, owned by park. Friendly owner. Walk dogs there. Late fall visit sunny but cool days so furnace was on. 3 night stay, put this one in our return someday file. Highway close, but not heard inside.

This park was nicely set up and.clean. Shower/rest rooms were roomy and designed well. Two major issues. They do not take credit cards. It's 2019. A lot of people don't carry cash. Rest rooms/showers are closed from 8 pm to 8 am. Then we see you aren't allowed to use chemicals in you black water tank. Where do expect you to use the rest room. I played for a full hook-up not to stay in a smelly camper.
