The couple that owns this property is very sweet and so helpful. The gentleman made sure we were connected properly and good to go for the night. Cheap laundry and clean bathrooms. It’s right off the main road so a little noisy but it doesn’t bother us any. Pet friendly and full hook-ups. We would definitely return.

Park is quiet and clean. Restrooms, laundry and WIFI are also available. Highway traffic is noticeable but rarely a bother. The owners Bob and Roxie live on site and will gladly help with just about anything if asked. We love it here and plan to stay until our property is ready to move in.

Great management, and neighbors - clean and quiet. On occasion you can hear traffic from the 93 (jake brakes on semis) but all things considered, a fantastic place to stay. I shopped some of the lower priced parks in Kingman and couldn't be happier with my choice. Additionally, I was there 6 months and was always felt safe due to the quiet environment, good neighbors, and great management.

It was $125 weekly or monthly I think was $395. But check for current pricing. Managers real nice and helpful. Excellent wifi small park off Highway.

I am sorry we only accept 1999 or newer, motor homes and trailers , We have had many older rigs that have leaked water and wasted water , And older rigs have other systems that don't work or are dangerous and unsafe.
