I bought a spring compressor directly from their website. Not only they send me the tool in dirty, used case but also the tool was defective. I called them for the return. Well, they took it back for the refund but i had to pay for shipping. Which is not what they advertised. When I called them and asked about the shipping they said that now they do not refund the shipping. Now? When NOW started? Why nobody said anything about that in advance? After I tried to post a negative review on their website they declined to publish it. I can assume that by doing that they are creating an image of whatever they sell is perfect which is not truth. They filter out negative reviews. Don't be fooled by their claims. They will trick you if you have any issues with their products like they did to me. Don't trust all their reviews on their website since they pass through only positive or neutral ones. What a shame. American company... I will better go and buy something from China, at least I know what I'm dealing with.

You can use Rust Encapsulator. Just wire brush the loose rust, wipe it down with PRE painting prep and then apply the RE

Hi Susan No, we make and market all the supplies you need to do your own powder coating at home. Outdoor furniture is a little tough to do at home because of the size! You may want to check with a local powder coating business.
Try auto metal direct or somewhere else local. Eastwood doesnt keep any body panels in stock for pick up in the store.
