Bridal Chateau is amazing!!! This is the place to go ladies, ESPECIALLY FOR BLACK GOWNS! Not only were all of the ladies incredible there but their customer service is truly one of a kind. We even had a bridesmaid that needed an alteration and after explaining to Beth, this incredible woman went above and beyond and gather EVERYTHING we needed from; extra fabric to an entire corset kit and waive the fee for the inconvenience (which after that was NO inconvenience at all) They really do run a one of a kind business and we’d recommend them to ANYONE! Thank you so much Ladies!!🥰

I cannot recommend this bridal shop enough! Right when you walk in you’re greeted by friendly front desk staff and it’s like walking into a magical princess world full of beautiful sparkly dresses. My bridal attendant let us pick some dresses off the floor and also grabbed several that she thought would fit my style based on what I told her. I’m so glad I kept an open mind because she brought me a sweetheart strapless (I didn’t want strapless) and paired it with a lace jacket that matched and it became the most beautiful combination I could’ve dreamed of – I got the two pieces sewn together and it really became a one-of-a-kind custom made dress for me. I got so many compliments on my dress on our wedding day – people told me I looked like a model and that the dress looked so gorgeous and expensive (but I had gotten it on sale off the floor for an insanely low price) and made for me! They also do cleaning and preservation so I can’t wait to have my dress as a keepsake for life!

Today I said yes to my dress and I was absolutely please with my visit. Molly was my assistant and she was amazing at her job. She listened to all my requests and details that I wanted for my dress. She was very patient even when I was undecided of what dress I wanted. She made my visit very pleasant and easy. I absolutely recommend them and Molly. She was the best. You should also book a VIB appointment it’s honestly worth it. I enjoyed the privacy. Two hours is definitely enough to try a good amount of dresses and to bond with whomever you bring.

Thank you so much for your inquiry! We do not purchase dresses or offer consignment. Many special order bridal boutiques have agreements with their designers that don’t allow cross brand selling, so you would want to look for a business who specifically advertises they take in outside dresses. I’m not sure of any bridal specific boutiques in the area, but you can check with regular consignment shops to see if they offer bridal.
Appointments are necessary; masks, of course; social distancing. I don't remember if they took my temperature. But call them with any concerns you may have. It's a fantastic place.
We do offer gowns in all sizes in stock. We are mostly a special order store since our social occasion dresses are offered in a variety of sizes from 0-32W and up to 40 colors and we couldn't carry all of the combinations. We typically order 5-6 months out from the wedding, but Rush shipping may be available if you have less time. You are also welcome to purchase anything off the rack for shorter time frames. We have a rotating selection of Adrianna Papell gowns that moms love. We have a few gowns with sleeves. Many of our styles are sleeveless, but there are coordinating jackets can be ordered to match many of the styles.
I am so sorry we are so late in answering this, but it is a very good question. At this time we do not allow any alcohol as there are very strict rules in New York State and we would have to have a liquor license. With the way our showroom is currently set up, the gowns are amongst the viewing/guest areas, so food cannot be in those areas, but we are working on making a private viewing room that we can use to elevate our customer's experience with and offer much more than we could with our original set up. We always encourage people to stay up to date with us on social media for sneak peaks at our new services and experiences as they become available. We are always working towards offering our brides an amazing experience!
