Probably the best pork ramen I've had. The Chasu was shockingly good, right mixture of tender and fat, well marinated and cooked. Light burn on the top. Soup and noodle mixed pretty well together. The free garlic is the most surprising touch. Not the traditional ramen but a fantastic invention.

Great ramen if you're into extremely rich broth. The portion is also very generous. I don't think I've ever been that full from eating ramen.

Price 4/5 Taste 5/5 Customer service 5/5 Menu 4/5 Cleanliness 4/5 Easily the best tsukemen place in LA. The broth is so rich, fatty, and flavorful. Been here many times and hopefully more to come. Service is always great and the food is to die for. Make sure not to confuse this location for the original one across the street! I recommend the char siu tsukemen and then get soup wari(helps clense your palette) after you finish the noodles.

Super undercooked noodles, bad service, and scammy server. Tries to avoid taking responsibility for undercooked noodles by saying “their noodles are thick and chewy”. Yes that’s true, but why is it 2 times chewer than all of my friend’s dishes? lol. HIGHLY SUGGEST to not go to this Annex one. Instead go to the og Tsujita place which is 2min walk from here.
