the prices are high the dishes are getting smaller every day to be a franchise they don't serve well the rice that is the base is different between each store the tables nobody cleans them, the bathrooms are disgusting don't even ask me about customer service

I don't know why when you ask for ginger they only give you 1 with luck 2 when you ask for more they give you 2 and they thank you, when I asked if they had a price because I wanted more they got upset.

The female cashier (Wendy) was very nice at the time of taking the order but when it came time to give me my order it all went downhill, as the female cooks were in the back preparing or plating the bowls they were just gossiping and talking about the customers in the lobby waiting for their food. They ALL need to get a good class/training on customer service so that the restaurant doesn't loose revenue as people will start going next door or across the street to the competitors
