The worst hospital ever!!! I am writing this, since I brought my mother here. Very uncaring, un professional staff!!! As my mom was being discharged I was told, I had to push her out! It took 8 hours for them to say she had a bad UTI!!! My mom is weak, lethargic and is 78 years old! I don't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

Well it doesn’t matter how rude you think the security guard the nurse the doctor was what matters is that our self’s or love ones came here because we need them and thanks for all their service that they have to be here all night long and all day long at the end we came out feeling better thanks to God thru them and in my experience beginning with the paramedics the emergency room personnel they where top of the line professional the nurses that took care of my mom and made sure she was find checking on her very often I’m very thankful to be more exact 4th floor but I’m thankful toGod and the hole hospital remember they do a very special job and also they are human like us so i want to thank the hole hospital for taking care of my mom but specially the ER and 4th floor thank you All and GOD BLESS You All

I recently went to San Joaquin hospital and I have to say it was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've ever had at a place of business. I went to the main entrance desk and behind it sat two females and a male security guard. The first female told me she could help me, then she said I had to speak with the female next to her so I moved over to the next little desk area. The second female was so busy flirting with the male guard that she didn't even acknowledge me, she was talking about the food she likes and when she gets her hair done it took her 5 minutes 5 to even acknowledge me and then she acted like it was a bother to do her job.Do better San Joaquin she has no business having that job. Start hiring people for their ability, not because mommy got them a job. If I have a choice I won't use your hospital again because of her.

Yes, take the elevator to the basement. It's right in front of the elevator.
You would have to get a second opinion from another Doctor with out knowing you or the sercomestances
It's not being rude.. its policy. The hospital is not a hotel. They help with transportation starting at 6am. The hospital try's to help as much as they can but are also limited because people take advantage.
It has gone through some changes since the pandemic started. At the moment it is 8am to 8pm.
No. You just go and check in.
If a patient is admitted from the ER the patient or family member has to sign their admission paperwork and get the admissions guide that has the pin number.
The wait in the ER through walkup depends on factors such as the severity or a person's condition, how crowded it is and what cases current or incoming people while you are waiting that have priority over you due to being at a higher level of of injury (traumatic car accident).
