I would give zero stars if I could. We have had problems with our landlord for 4 years and code enforcement has been involved doing nothing to help us as tenants.

My belongings were taken from 7 oaks park. Where do I retrieve my stuff at? It's not right to take a person's stuff. City of Visalia is acting like a bully. I've called several times and left messages, no returns my calls!
