My mail is stolen right out of my mailbox. The police tell me that thieves are making keys directly from the lock on the back of our mailboxes. NOTHING is ever done by the Post Office about this.

I went to drop off a letter in the box outside. Again, so full you could take mail out easier then put one in. Again, I had to go inside to drop off letter. I told one of the employees. She said she would tell "them". The parking lot full as others had to exit vehicles for the same reason. How about emptying box more often and keep from causing traffic jam as everyone has to go inside. Easy fix, for a constant problem.

Heidi you can go online or request the form at the post office. Online is much faster and has other features that may benefit you

The Beech Avenue post office processes passport applications by appointment only. Go to USPS.GOV to schedule. This changed in July 2018.
Call the office if mail is not picked up it may have been returned to sender.
Beech st post office closes at 5 pm,also we are open on sat. 9am to 2:30 pm
