Way to go Team Shannon!! Our family spent nearly 4 weeks at the Brighton Michigan location. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. If we needed anything at all, we were given immediate attention. Highly recommend!!! Thank you for treated all of us like king and queens!

This is my second review. My first review was not made public. I guess it was because it was a one star. I was charged $128 for a room that I canceled 24 hours in advance due to a positive Covid test. I received an email asking me to fill out an extensive form to appeal my refund. That is horrible customer service. Why would anyone want to lose a customer over $128? Refunding my account is simple. I will never stay at a Hampton Inn again.

Horrible experience. Will never go back. Reserved a hot tub room and the lady at the desk said she would give me a free upgrade. Went to the room and it was a double queen with no whirlpool. Went back to the desk and showed them my reservation for a king bed whirlpool room. They said the room wasn't ready yet so we left to get something to eat and they said they would call us when the room was ready (quoted 10 minutes). After we left and finished eating (never received a phone call) we came back and asked if the room was ready, it was. We unloaded our luggage and left again. When we got back we noticed there was no remote control in the room. Called the front desk, he said he would bring one. He never did. So I went to the desk got a remote myself and it didn't work. Went to the front desk again and he came to the room and turned the TV on with a different remote and asked if our remote worked. I changed a channel and it worked. That's all that worked. Couldn't turn the TV off, lower the volume, etc. That and the street light shines directly into the room but the curtains are cosmetic and do not close. Tried to sleep through all of this and couldn't. Finally around midnight decided I've had enough and left. Horrible experience. Don't recommend anyone come here

Wonderful accommodations, right off the highway. Spotless, comfortable and spacious room. Very nice compimentary breakfast was a great start to each day. Perfect location to restaurants, shopping etc. We will definitely stay here again soon.
