Just trying to get an appointment is frustrating as they don't answer their phone often and have not called back after my intermittent attempts during two weeks of trying to get an appointment.

My family and I have been bringing our fur babies here since 2005. They truly care for the animals and are very affectionate towards them. All staff is polite and easy to deal with.

Veterinarian and staff are kind and offered excellent client services especially for new pet parent clients.
Dr. Rosskopf treated my bunny for ear mites & a watery eye (infected tear duct). Ear mites are easy to treat with a prescription from the vet. Bunnies don’t need to suffer with ear mites. It’s so treatable!
Do you do variety of tests on birds if so what are some of the tests?

Are you sure that you have the right number? I was just there last week and there was no problem. I called them the day before and they answered. Sometimes you get a busy signal because they are very busy

Dr. Rosskopf specializes in rodents. He's been our vet for 50 years. Don't be too worried. Tumors are common to rats and are almost always benign and easily removed. Call him tomorrow. They're closed Wednesdays. Don't panic. It'll be fine. 👍😉

Oh no, surgery is so expensive. But your pet is your child. You want the best for it, and no one can diagnose over the phone, you are totally going to be in the best hands at Avian & exotic; and get a hands on diagnosis.
