Went there to cut my hair, the stylist’s nails kept grazing/scratching my neck and face. We agreed on a length and she ended up cutting it way shorter. The layers did not look good either, ended up frizzing and weighing down my hair even more. I completely regret cutting my hair here.

I am absolutely disgusted. I went in for a haircut and could physically see the gentleman’s hair still in the clippers from before me. She went to put a guard on and I mentioned it was dirty, only then did she attempt to clean it for a few seconds with a brush. So I walked out. Bottom line sure this is a cheap place but there seems to be no hygiene standards.
