Had a fraud alert on a card and it was cancelled. The automated alerts didn't go through or were spammed. Did they pick up the phone and call after 3+ years of automated payments....Nope, not until they could charge a late fee. Poor attitude and poor customer service. Also, they've been jacking up the rates 20% a year the last two years. Find a more customer centric place to store your goods.
