Definitely not a good experience. Why did I have to wait outside when there were only 3 customers inside, and 1 teller? And.....when I finally did get inside and finished cunducting my business - there was not only one additional teller - but 6 customers in the lobby. Why were none of them asked to wait outside? Definitely not good customer service.We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced. Opened an account in march 2020 and have had nothing but issues from the day I picked up my debit card from a branch office. Rude employee at that branch. Debit card has been declined numerous times at various merchants when I have had plenty of funds available. customer service tells me their systems are down every time. This is not acceptable

Terrible place to bank! When trying to transfer a loan after a death we had to return numerous times as they kept asking for different documentation each time we returned with the previous info they requested. Finally had to consult a lawyer. My son also had issues when he tried to remove a co- signer from a loan. After more than three phone calls and numerous visits was assured it was taken care of when really it never was.We're disappointed to hear this.
