I’ve been to the wire horse a few times now and the customer service is always kind of dry and today the owner was quite snotty about telling me I wasn’t allowed to have my dog inside. If they don’t allow dogs they should have a sign but …Service Dogs are always welcome. Service dogs have never had an accident on our carpeted showroom floor and have never growled at people. Thus the policy.... which I thought was explained in a very kind manner. Your dog was a peach so no reflection on him or you.

If they don’t allow dogs they should have a sign but also if you’re not going to have a sign you can tell people a little nicer.. I definitely won’t be bringing my business back to the wire horse which is unfortunate because I live very close but, i’ll be finding somewhere with a lot more friendly staff.
