Great course/condition for early September. However, my one complaint is getting shaken down by “dynamic pricing”. We paid $200/person 2 weeks ahead of our round, only to find $145/person the night before we played… Pro shop says “sorry, there’s nothing we can do”. I would recommend checking 2-3 days before you play for better rates.

Great course always a challenge to play

This course was fun and challenging. Visually, the fairways and greens could be better.

Showed up with a tee time from golfnow.com. A couple things come to mind. Unfortunately after a couple balls on the range, a knee injury proved I would not be able to play that day. I ended up driving the cart. You would think there might be some kind of credit for not participating but no, PGAWest management said that because the tee time was made with golfnow, they would have to issue a credit? When asked, doesn’t that money come right to you anyway, crickets! That alone will keep me from playing there anytime in the future. As far as the course is concerned, the overdone and unnecessary never ending rows of mounds make for an uncomfortable ride as well as a dangerous walk to your ball on side hill lies. Course was dry, not in good shape at all. Money better spent elsewhere. While I am here stay away from the dry, day old turkey on wheat sandwiches that they sell in the grill. Nothing better than browned lettuce to start the day!
