I love Lidl but I observed poor customer service. This evening, I went to pick up just a few things and went to go checkout. Then, I noticed a patron in front of me had been waiting for a while and looked annoyed. The cashier that checked him out wasn’t apologetic and I don’t think I heard him speak nor did he speak to me or said you’re welcome when I said thank you. Those little gestures goes a long way. I understand companies are short staffed and those that are willing to work at these places feel burned out but we all have been there. Other than that, again, I say I love stores like these and will continue to support.

First bad Lidl's I have ever been to. It wasn't very clean,poor selection,bakwd goods looked old and dried out. I and the other customers had to call out and wait to get anyone to come up to a cash register.The flower plants on special were dead.
