The quality and service at this location is severely lacking. We ordered ahead online with a 6 o’clock pick up time. At 6:20, they were still standing around and had not fulfilled the order. No one else was in line in front of us or even in the restaurant. I’m talking empty parking lot. Running behind is one thing, but the absolute rudeness when we asked what the holdup was was apalling. The manager literally said if you don’t like it, you can go somewhere else. While his staff member stood behind him filming. Mind you, no one had been the slightest bit rude or aggressive… it was totally bizarre. When we got the meal home, instead of two mashed potatoes and gravy and a mac n’ cheese, there were three cold mac n’ cheese. The double potatoes and a Mac is literally the default order on the online platform! So moving forward we will definitely take his advice and go somewhere else.

8 piece white meat mixed chicken with green beans & mac n cheese. Great flavor chicken & sides.. meh. Service was quick as there was no line.

Nice to go to a KFC every now and then, prices have become very high. Chickens must now ride in Mercedes or Rolls-Royces or something. The staff at this location was above exemplary, very nice, best service I've received in a long time.

The door dash service is much better than drive thru—picture that. KFC chicken sandwich can not be matched! My goodness!!!
