No you must have proof of ownership. Owner must be present
It depends. You need to call them and give them the information on where the vehicles is. I scrapped my truck with them. They sent a tow truck and towed it back. I had to go there with valid ID and title before they would come get the vehicle. So best answer is call and see if they will tow feom where the vehicle is at.
IF your scrapping the vehicle with them you need a valid ID and the Title. Plus the vehicle in general obviously.
