The Inglis house could be a very good place to send your loved ones but their biggest problem is NOT ENOUGH STAFF.!! They leave their residents sitting in their diapers for hours with feces. They need better management and more compassionate people in there. The staff needs a pick me up.! The people in there a humans not animals and should be treated with more respect and inspired to do more. I feel they are suppressing these people and they don’t have a fighting chance.!

Inglis House was one of the best places for me to have work at,it showed me so much compassion for individual that have special in there life's,when I was there I always was willing to help all, they show me even with there disability they was still able to function normally as anyone else can they had special attachments to help them along in every day life functions, but they have PROUD in all they do each and every day I took away from them RESPECT for all with special needs ,I ❤ them and I ❤ working there .

Inglis House Administration have no sense of commitment to their staff. Their List one values and mission statement is just a bunch of pretty words that has long ago lost its values and meanings. They do not honor longevity or committed employees. Unstable employment opportunity for nurse (RN/LPN ) if scheduled for an interview ask about their Admin turn over within the last 3 year..Ask about the 88 employees who lost their jobs 2 years ago and most decently the 17 RN/LPN who were given ultimatum to accept alternative schedules or loose their jobs.. Ask them about supervisors who were subjected to disciplinary because they forgot to turn over phones to on coming shifts..ask about RN who was reported to the state because they wrote an order for tylenol even though a standard order exist..If you value your license and livelihood...Think twice...VERY UNSTABLE EMPLOYMENT ENVIRONMENT..They utilize PA "free will" employment law to its limit.

Contact the Inglis house you may be able to work in a number of different capacities
Is what income based?
I know they have openings for CNAS and LPNS among other positions. Medical assistants I'm not sure about that position. Come by Human Resources on Wednesday before 3pm. Good luck
Not at inglis maybe at the independent living apartments
Some residents hire their own personal care aides
Inglis house only hires CNAs however a resident here could hire a personal chha for their own reasons out of their own pocket I hope that helps
My sister is on assistance and receives a $45 stipend per month. She does not see the bills submitted by Inglis House for her to live there.
You have to go see Wanda 😀
