These guys are the worst they take your money application fee they don't call you back you call them they yell and scream at you and tell you take it or leave it. They never show you any property. They just tell you to fill out this application pay for the application. Apparently they've been doing for a while and getting away with it. Check other reviews. Do not trust any property they claim they are renting. These guys are a scam

Very unoriginal, typical scammers' strategy: they tell you that you must apply (and pay an application fee) before showing you the unit - of course they do not even run your credit check and just pocket the money. There's a reason their prices are lower than the rest of the market - stay away!

It seems like most of the other bad reviews already cover what I wanted to say, but I still want to add my experience in. I thought it was unusual that I was being made to pay for an application fee on a house that they would not let me see first in person, But my husband and I were really looking for a second home out there to rent. We put in our applications and heard nothing, but that application fee sure did come out of our account quickly. After many attempts to contact them, we were informed that the owner basically didn’t like what we do and was unwilling to rent to us. They told us they didn’t run the credit application but then wouldn’t refund our fees. Conversation with them was unprofessional and rude. Grateful everyday that we were saved from having to have a relationship with these people.

Do not rely on this company. They have young and naive people working there. I attempted to explain my unique situation, but Ashley couldn’t understand it. Too much to explain on here. Don’t waste your time!

Slandering is still against the law
I was there for almost 2 yrs and all of a sudden a change of ownership they started having issues. I've never had any issues, citations, or complaints what so ever. Still against the law in violating my privacy. I'm really well informed of my rental rights.
