Have been out of a very important prescription for 2 days now because they keep closing the pharmacy at 1pm, with no notice. Also happened about 2 weeks ago, my wife who had just had oral surgery and needed pain medication couldn’t get them. I will be transferring all my prescriptions to CVS

This place is horrible!! It use to be a great pharmacy until a they got a new pharmacist. Their staff it totally rude and incompetent!! Do yourself a favor and go to mentor ave and save the headache. They deserve negative stars.

This pharmacy gets worse by the day. Been using them for 3 years with monthly refills plus the occasional one time pickups. Super rude and unhelpful staff. On more than one occasion they direct me back to my doctors even after the doctors confirmed prescriptions have been sent over. I understand people have bad days, but this is just constant rude and unhelpful behavior. Now they have restricted hours, so unless you can get there during business hours you are out of luck. I am guessing they are having a hard time keeping employees who want to work with the rude woman behind the counter (not the pharmacist).

Waiting for a much needed prescription today and the automated service told me it would be ready after 4. Then when it wasn’t ready by then I requested to talk to a pharmacist and the automated service said the pharmacy was closed. Why wouldn’t the automated service tell everyone the pharmacy is closed for the day?
