Update9/15/22 I still haven’t gotten my refund… nor a call about my refund. When I call they say I show I have received it but I have bank statements showing that I have not!!! Supervisor Julia was very rude I asked her to do a exchange and instead was busy paying attention to every else but me she did a return on my debit card and I asked why she did that she became rude and told me she has to hurry cause they is a lot of people. I asked her to please pay attention to me because I told her twice exchange. She yea ok I’ll be here all night cause I’m gonna go super slow just for u Ms.slow she turn to tell security and continue to call me Ms.slow and started talk slow as if I had a issue understanding…. This happened in December and guess what I still haven’t gotten my refund on my debit card…. Very rude and sad how she treated me because she wasn’t paying attention. What if I had a disability. She unprofessional and disappointing… I went through that horrible experience and never got my money.it’s 05/09/2022 and still no one can tell me why I haven’t received my refund, I need some one to contact me

Like an unorganized garage sale. Clothes all over the floor. Merchandise carts blocking end of aisle and aisle is too narrow to turn the cart around. Put items back after I saw 25 people in line and only one register open.

Always busy ..Store is like a flea market very messy and unorganized. Need more workers or the ones their need to work
